The Pegasus School is governed by a Board of Trustees whose primary responsibility is to work with the Head of School to carry out the vision and mission of the School and to ensure the School’s financial stability. The Board has the responsibility for the effective implementation of the policies it establishes.
 

Standing committees include: Executive Committee, Development Committee, Facilities Committee, Finance Committee and Governance Committee. In addition, the Board may establish from ad hoc committees to meet specific needs (e.g. Strategic Planning Committee).
