Impact Report

Dear Pegasus Community,
Welcome to the 2024–2025 Impact Report. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for the way our community came together with such generosity and compassion. Because of your partnership and belief in our mission, we raised an extraordinary level of giving that directly enriches the learning experience of every Pegasus student.
This year, hundreds of families contributed to the Pegasus Fund, enabling us to provide meaningful tuition assistance and sustain the innovative programs, specialists, and opportunities that define a Pegasus education. Your commitment ensures that our students continue to learn, grow, and thrive in an environment that is intentionally designed to inspire them.
We also embarked on important work to strengthen Pegasus’ brand and our future sustainability and impact, charting a bold path forward for the next generation of thinkers, creators, and leaders.
On behalf of our faculty and staff, the Board of Trustees, thank you for your continued trust and support.
With gratitude,
Regina McDuffie, PhD
Head of School
The Pegasus School

We are honored to feature Marc Schneider, Chair of the Pegasus School Board of Trustees, as he reflects on the 2024–2025 school year. Marc’s thoughtful leadership, deep commitment to our community, and unwavering dedication to advancing Pegasus continue to strengthen our school and its mission. His perspective highlights the collective impact of our families, faculty, staff, and the bright future we are building together.
Tammy and Ron Nguyen have generously and bravely shared their Pegasus story—why this community means so much to their family and why they choose to give both their time and their philanthropic support. Their reflections speak to the heart of Pegasus and the impact a committed community can make together.
We are deeply grateful to Lindsay and Anthony Geisler, whose visionary generosity led to the creation of the Geisler Family WINGS Building. As one of Pegasus School’s largest donors, their commitment reflects a belief in the power of education and the lasting impact of giving. Lindsay and Anthony share why supporting Pegasus is important to their family and how philanthropy helps strengthen the school’s mission for today’s students and future generations.
The Pegasus Gala
The Pegasus community gathered in celebration and support on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at the beautiful VEA Hotel for last year’s Pegasus Gala. More than 400 guests came together for an elegant evening of connection, entertainment, and philanthropy, all in support of the programs and people that make a Pegasus education extraordinary.
Thanks to the generosity of our community, the Gala raised critical funds that will directly enhance teaching and learning at Pegasus and vital technology upgrades.
It was a night filled with joy, gratitude, and shared purpose, an inspiring reminder of what we can achieve together.
We appreciate your desire to support The Pegasus School! Our mission of delivering an exceptional educational experience for each student relies on the collective support of parents, grandparents, corporations, and alumni families within the Pegasus community.
Annual Giving benefits 100% of our students, and that is why we request 100% participation from Pegasus families.

Our lifetime cumulative giving program, the Pegasus Circle, is designed to extend appreciation for giving at above average levels. These generous supporters inspire others with their confidence in Pegasus and by their investments in our school’s future.
