Introducing our 2023 Co-Chairs

Tracy & Andy Yang and Anne & Sam Irvani have joined forces to co-chair the 2023 Gala. The Yangs are parents to Sophie (Grade 4 — Holdridge) and Anderson (Grade 1 — Klopstock) and the Irvanis are parents to Alexa (Grade 4 — Barlow) and Thomas (Grade 1 — Olson). With over 10 years of involvement in the Pegasus community, this team is excited and proud to participate in the organization of this year’s event.

The co-chairs work with the Advancement Office to organize the following committees. Committees are formed during the Gala kick-off meeting held each Fall, but additional help and participation is most welcome at any time.

  • Auction

    The Auction Committee works to ensure that the Gala event is a profitable fundraiser for our school. The sky is the limit with respect to the Auction, and you will find items ranging from wildly extravagant to downright practical. It's all there for you in our live and silent auctions, and our Auction Committee coordinates this effort on behalf of our generous donors.

  • Design

    The Design Committee is responsible for creating a beautiful backdrop for the evening's festivities and bringing the theme of the evening to life. From flowers to graphics to signage and the many touches that make the evening memorable, the Design team pulls it all together.

  • Student Staff Adventures

    Student Staff Adventures are always a highlight of the Gala and provide enhanced opportunities for interaction and one-on-one time with our students' favorite teachers and staff. The Adventures Committee works with our staff on the generous donation of their time and talents and coordinates schedules and supplies for a variety of fun outings.

  • Administrative

    The Administrative Committee works to ensure that the auction items and all event details are listed and entered correctly in our online bidding platform, One Cause. This committee also handles the myriad of administrative tasks required of an event of this nature from printing to copying to assembling collateral materials for the big night.

  • Buy-In

    This committee works to generate excitement for the Gala by creating pre-gala events that bring our community together in advance of the big day. Unique experiences and family fun are the name of the game, and these events generate additional funding in support of Gala fundraising goals.

  • Opportunity Drawing

    The Opportunity Drawing is always an Auction highlight, and this committee works to design a compelling and exciting prize package each year. Committee members on this team think outside of the box and know how to market these one of a kind opportunities.
