School Policies that Relate to Employee Interactions with Pupils
Assembly Bill 500 (AB500) added section 44050 to the California Education Code and requires schools that maintain a policy on employee interactions with students in its employee code of conduct provide a written copy of the policy to parents or guardians of all enrolled children at the beginning of each school year beginning with the 2018-2019 school year.
