Although math competition season is coming to a close, let's keep our math competition skills sharp! This class is designed for students who are enthusiastic about math and want to work on strengthening their problem solving skills. Each class will have a "warm-up" to build important foundational skills, a "work-out" where we practice problems from past math competitions, and end with a "stretch" where students will participate in our own mini-practice competitions.

The Vocal Singing Class will focus on teaching your child to sing to the music from many best loved songs from Disney as well as other kid’s favorites. This vocal class will teach your child how to use their diaphragm to sing with proper technique and to sing correctly.  During each class, we will practice proper posture, vocal warm ups, solfege, dancing, music reading, rhythm training, and intonation which is the art of learning to sing in tune.

My name is Michael Karaba, and I have been teaching children of all ages to learn the joy of making music for a lifetime, and I have been teaching for over 37 years.

I work with many schools in the Orange County area bringing to each the joy of singing musicals and other showtunes together. Your child will learn to sing his or her favorite selections and will help them to build a repertoire towards auditions and solo performances.  Your child will receive a vocal exercise book and CD as well.

Class space is limited so please sign up your child today to ensure a place. I look forward to teaching your child! My phone number is (949) 413-7247 if you have any questions.  For future reference, I am also available for private lessons after school or in your home.
